With up to 800 kg load, fully from stainless steel AISI – 316 and with shining finish, you have a considerable saving of energy and great loading capacity, thanks to the system of OLCINA, “Cangilones Next”. The Cangilones Next Soft Mill appears mounted upon sturdy, self-supporting Base and is driven by Drum Drive of 15HP (11KW) with auto-braking system.

• With Computerised Panel that allows Program and total control over all parameters that take part in the processes (working periods, air, temperature, humidity, etc.) and memorization of all the different processes for its later repetition
• Dust extraction system: Constituted by Filter-separator of sleeves mounted on self-supporting base. – Blowing extractor of great volume for the extraction of the dust from inside the drum. – Outer limit in closed circuit for the recirculation of the air, connected to both axles of the drum and with Input device of clean and fresh air from the outside controlled by pneumatic valve
• Temperature control: By means of Heating Air equipment mounted in the Line of the closed circuit to channel the hot air to the interior of the drum
• Humidity Control: Spraying equipment for air humidity mounted in the Line of recirculation and with water, air intakes and others controlled by Electrovalves
